Ms. Nanthenni contributes her time to social and non-governmental efforts. She has conducted various workshops for both children and parents in relation to areas such as Dyslexia, ADHD and ASD and has been an invited speaker and facilitator for numerous conferences and forums within the healthcare and psychiatric community.
As a clinical psychologist with the Breast Cancer Welfare Association (BCWA) in Malaysia, Ms. Nanthenni Raani lends her extensive experience in utilizing psychological assessments and cognitive behavioral approach methods to aid breast cancer patients and survivors undergoing psychological distress in deep collaboration with the oncological specialist community. Ms. Nanthenni is also heavily engaged with the medical community in the areas of:
-Social skill training
-Assessment and intervention for adaptive behavior
• Communication skills
• Daily living skills
• Socialization skills
• Motor movement skills
-IQ assessment for school placement
Though fully invested in her practice, Ms. Nanthenni is also committed to the academic field of psychology as a lecturer with a private university in the subjects of human development with a particular focus on child development and has vast experience not just in lecturing, but in the development of curriculums and course structures for psychology related subjects.
